The City Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments has submitted documentation for the proclamation into the Monument of Culture of the Fiat-Jugoauto car showroom<\/strong> and service building<\/strong> and the House of Josif \u0160ojat<\/strong> in ul. Kralja Milutina 23 (these buildings are now under the “previous protection” regime). In addition to this, the great news is that the Institute has made a decision to initiate the procedure for declaring Villa Prendi\u0107<\/strong> and Villa \u0160teri\u0107<\/strong> as cultural monuments next year.<\/p>\n
